Short and plain. These terms cover this website; products we release will have their own.

1. Who we are
Strength & Rituals is operated by Kellits PO Ltd (‘Kellits PO’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’), a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 16493607. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us at myboroughuk@gmail.com or through our contact page.
By using strengthandrituals.com (‘the site’) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What Strength & Rituals is
Strength & Rituals is a lifestyle brand about strength, friendship and the things worth doing regularly. We publish ideas and field notes, and we develop products designed to help adults maintain real-world connection. The Fixture, a Strength & Rituals product designed to make arranging time with friends easier, is in development and not yet publicly available; when a product launches it will have its own terms.
3. Using the site
- The site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may read, link to and share our pages.
- Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it, or to misrepresent your connection with us.
- The site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children.
4. Our content
The site, its design, wording, photographs and the Strength & Rituals name and marks belong to Kellits PO Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written agreement. Quoting short extracts with attribution is fine.
5. Information, not advice
What we publish is general information and opinion about everyday habits, friendship and routines. It is not medical, mental-health, fitness, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Decide for yourself what is right for you, and talk to a professional where it matters.
6. Third-party links
The site links to other services, including Instagram and Facebook. Those services are not ours and are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove content and features at any time.
8. Our responsibility to you
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
- Otherwise, because the site is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, to the extent the law allows.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what little we collect and why, and our Cookie Policy confirms that the site sets no cookies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means the new terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law where you live.
