What this policy covers

This policy covers the Strength & Rituals website at strengthandrituals.com and our social channels linked from it. Products we release, such as The Fixture, which is still in development, will carry their own privacy information when they become available.

The data we process

Visiting the website

• Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested and the time. We use these to keep the site secure and working, and they are kept for a short period.
• The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site. See the Cookie Policy.

Contacting us

If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so that we can help you and answer any follow-up.

Field notes

Email sign-up is not switched on yet, so no addresses are collected. When it is, we will use a hosted mailing provider, tell you who it is here, ask for your consent, and include an unsubscribe link in every email.

Social channels

Links to Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which process your data under their own policies. We see only what those platforms show to page owners.

Why we process it and our lawful basis

• Our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable website and answering people who contact us: server logs and correspondence. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Your consent for anything optional you opt into, such as field notes by email when that is offered. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legal obligations, for example responding to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Vercel hosts the website and may process server logs outside the UK; where personal data leaves the UK we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data-protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses in the provider’s terms. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Server logs: for a limited period consistent with keeping the site secure.
• Correspondence: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable form. Strength & Rituals is a brand for adults. The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
